I'm trying really difficult to get a 100% honest review and it seems a big percentage of customers are complaining almost how many fake reviews on YELP. A Yelp rep spent an hour on the phone with me, showed me he was putting $400 of credits into my account, so soon after Yelp tried taking $413.99 out of my account, using the debit carte du jour number I gave them to put on hold. I had the charge declined and the card cancelled. I got a new card a few days agone which nearly places don't have. Today someone from Yelp called to inquire about my payment and I gave her a whole lecture. She told me she would cancel information technology and fifty-fifty sent me a cancelation electronic mail. A few hours later I got a bulletin from the banking concern that Yelp tried taking money from my NEW debit card! I take no inkling how they got the number. Also, the lady told me that the accuse was being cancelled, so not certain what the charge was nigh. Not only that, but they also took off the $400 credit they said I had.

Yelp keeps removing all of our positive reviews and leaves bad reviews up. They have literally removed over sixty of our 5 star reviews from customers. Recently someone who is non a client (and we never had an interaction with them in any way) left a bad review, as his roommate (who was our client) was upset with him fir adopting a dog from our dog rescue. When I contacted Yelp to remove the review, because it was not his "personal feel" based on doing business with united states, they refused to remove information technology, yet have no bug removing reviews that are our actual client's sentiments.
This company is made upwardly of arrogant people who when you decline to buy their products will try to destroy your business concern.
No ane should have that much power over your business organisation.

Cleanjett vacuum from Nu Life; Ripoff
Purchased a handheld small vacuum from a NuLife company called Cleanjett. The particular arrived in a crushed box, did not have either a charging cable nor attachments every bit advertised. I stayed in the motel river adventure lodge in cabins the states pigeon forge tn. when we got to the cabin the lawmaking wouldnt work then nosotros had to await 30 for then to reset the lawmaking then we got in the motel and it there was several things incorrect with information technology for starters the oven door was broke we had to ready a chair in front end of it with some pop to concur information technology close, it was dirty, the spa/hot tub was bankrupt and it took ii days to get it fixed , the heaters at the fire pit was missing , at that place was ants in the cabin and they even got in the beds, the lights in the living room didn't piece of work, the faucet in the kicthen leaked the whole time,nosotros called the role several times and they said they would seen the maintenance man out but it would be 2 hours or longer, once nosotros had to phone call them several times to bring us sheets for the beds because there was ants in the beds,the i hottub on the lower deck was not hot simply warm, the mattresses were awful and dirty the mattresses covers where dirty some had blood stains on them and large old clay spots on them there was one pillow that had a big black spot on it, in that location are then many things wrong with this motel the only two skillful things with this cabin is the creek and playground the kids loved the playground, I seen a video on this cabin maxim there was somethings wrong with it and i called the week before coming down and they said everything had been fixed and taked intendance of but they were so wrong, the owners demand to put the money back into this cabin and brand it a great i for what we pay for it everything should been perfect. so recall twice about renting this cabin . Very disappointed on this one.

Horrible service!!! Standard TV and Apparatus. Salesman (Dave) was incompetent. I am going through a divorce and needed to fully furnish a new home. Ordered $6500 worth of appliances and mattresses in February. I chose items in stock and needed them delivered on four/7. Confirmed delivery date multiple times. Dave asked me to call a few weeks before delivery date to confirm date. I called and information technology was confirmed. On the 7th nobody called for our window. I called and Dave failed to enter it correctly in the system, despite the amount of times I confirmed. I called and Dave was on PTO and got transferred to some other sales person. The lack of empathy shown was appalling. This guy said well perhaps in a few days we can get it to you. I take nada in the house!! I needed to know when they could evangelize. He confirmed they could evangelize on the 9th. Ok. The 9th arrives and the delivery comes with a damaged fridge and washer. They couldn't bring the fridge upstairs and claimed the ceiling didn't let it. They tried for five mins. I bought a townhouse and neighbors with the same flooring program had cypher bug, information technology's a standard size fridge! The washer was damaged and they had to accept it dorsum. Multiple calls, multiple failures and I was upset. Dave hung upwards on me m claiming I was beingness rude although he was very vocal almost being afterward five and he is off and also off the next day. He didn't desire to assistance correct this snowball situation which he created. He said he's been on vacation for 10 days and it's been an overwhelming day. 100% useless, very disappointed at all levels. I accept now wasted 2 mos and exercise not have a refrigerator or washer. Cheyenne Mountain Rehab (Tenderfoot Hill) NO!
My Wife had knee replacement surgery final August and because it had gotten so bad pain wise she was not walking much earlier the surgery her muscles and legs were non very physically. When she was released the Hospital placed her in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). She did well for the month or and then she was there and got to come home. She was Improving but had a tour with Stomach issues and was taken to the ER and again placed back into a SNF.
This time she was placed in the Cheyenne Mountain Rehab on Tenderfoot Colina (Colorado Springs). All seemed good at the fourth dimension and I was looking to having her home soon. I did not have whatsoever issues at the time because my Sister-in-Constabulary had treatment here a about 5 years earlier and it did her much good with an arm dislocation.
While it is not the best time for treatment in any care facility, CMR was no exception. They had a COVID outbreak and my wife caught it while there the kickoff week or and so. She was placed into an isolation ward and missed almost two weeks of Therapy. We were told she would have daily Therapy and this did not happen.
My wife recently changed her Medicare from General (past Social Security Admin) to an Advanced Intendance Plan, with Humana.
Humana was monitor her progress and later on discovering little to none on the commencement 2 weeks said zip. Later the 3rd and 4th week rating, nosotros received a message through the Facility that they would stop paying for her care on the 4th of Feb. This was accordance with the standard legal process.
When we inquired why, we were told that they establish no noted progress as they only had one report to go by and had non received a 2nd evaluation from the Facility even after 'mulit-attempts' and request.
Nosotros made an appeal one three February and I was ready to take my married woman home on the night of the quaternary. I received a voicemail just prior to removing her from the place saying we won the entreatment and Humana would go along to pay until nosotros were notified again.
I went to the Ambassador on the following Monday, 7 Feb and asked almost Humana non getting the update reports, Her response was that the data is updated daily and if Humana could not think it that is "NOT THEIR PROBLEM!" I as well inquired why my wife was not getting her schedule therapy? She told me I would accept to discuss this directly with the Managing director of Therapy! After, explaining that I was speaking directly with the Administrator of the Site who should not just know what is happening merely exist able to answer my inquires direct, instead of sending me elseware, she call the Therapy department. They blamed Humana because they were not paying merely would beginning her 'tomorrow'. Note here: she was not getting therapy today because, the department was busy with 'paperwork'. I do non know how much actual scheduled therapy my wife had during her stay but it was nowhere almost daily - Mondays through Fridays.
This is merely an example of one of the issue we have had with Cheyenne Mountain Rehab on Tenderfoot hill.
The next i would be the Appeal. Under what I am told is legal progress, Humana reevaluated the progress (all the same not able to get the daily reports) and again said they were not paying. They were required by process to submit this 2d deprival through the facilty and once again provide 48 hours find before stopping payment. This would allow us to either remove her or make a 2nd entreatment. The appeal process was submitted through Keypro (a watchdog authorization for these plans).
Humana never processed this second denial through they facility and instead drafted a letter dated 5 Feb denying payment - sent this via snail mail and we received it on xiv February.
So at present the facility is trying to accuse for viii day SNL cost to the tune of $2500.00 plus. All this is considering paperwork and proper procedures are not followed past CMR.
So while I fight this and give this place one star because I can't go lower, I will too let you know:
While in this facility, my wife lost about 30 pounds, got COVID, and a second different infection, had a rash over much or her body from being place in bed some 95 per centum of the twenty-four hours, waited over xxx minutes at times afterward pressing a telephone call button for a nurse, at times telephone call me straight from her cell phone to have me relay a message to the front desk for assistance.
Even when I was visiting daily, I would take to search the halls for a nurse to attend to her.
I removed her from there on Valentines' day and she said information technology was the best gift I could have given her.
While the site for this place gives it a 3.7 rating past patients, I would guess it is filtered. The staff rating is v stars all the way (?)
Make upward you ain minds about placing love i her but I will never recommend to anyone afterward this stay.
IMHO: the place should be investigated for Departments, process and operations. They also should process paper work as they are billing me direct for "lost" and reorded Medications that should exist covered

I'm a business possessor of half-dozen years. Recently some troll left a fake review giving me a 3.5 starts total now. This man that reviewed me is not a client I personally called every client I have done since December and no one knew a Sergio . Yelp wouldn't fifty-fifty allow me respond until I paid them 300.00 then they said I could report information technology but did nada said they investigated it and found he is review was true and correct. Such bulkshit. I know the review is fake and it'due south damaging my half-dozen years of a 5 star rating. Then they took downward all of my 5 star ratings because they said they were false and I paid my clients to say it. These people are depression lifes, the real reviews they took down saying they were non real and the faux 1 they left. At present if you ask me it'southward all a bunch of bull. Be careful when shopping at Wallaces Garden Centre in Bettendorf. The price you see on the display may not be the actual price. I buy a current of air chime last week that was priced at $39.95 on the display but did not realize until afterward I got home that the price on the box was $52.99. I took the air current chime dorsum and talked to an Associate that told me the cost on the box was the right cost. The display toll was an older toll and they don't always modify the brandish when the go new items in. The shop finally refunded me the deviation in prices merely buyer beware when yous shop there.

I used to apply Yelp a lot. I used to rely on information technology to choose a dr. or optometrist or restaurant.
Now I will no longer use it because they require that I become their app in order to read the reviews that I want to read. Then I see that the app has horrible reviews and doesn't work half the fourth dimension.
Good, because I didn't want to exist forced to get a goddamned app anyhow.
Basically Yelp is completely useless now.

WORST Blossom Shop.....EVER!!!!
I had the WORST experience ever with a vendor today. The company is Blossoms of Dazzler LLC in Phoenix Az. First of all, they were delivered on the wrong solar day and the delivery person left them on the porch in direct sun and the day was very windy. I happened to be awake at 1:00 am and just looked out to see if it was still windy and at that place sat the arrangement. I called this morning to talk to someone and I got the owner and when I started to tell her what happened she started yelling at me calling me stupid for not looking out sooner to see that they were there. I meant to have a calm discussion with whoever answered the phone but this woman is completely bonkers. When she told me she was the owner I could not believe information technology. With an attitude like hers, and with the fashion she talked to me, I'm surprised she has whatever customers. I will let my friends and neighbors know of my experience with this company. She shouldn't even be in business organisation!
